VIDEO: What These Atlanta Police Did To KKK Members Will Leave You Speechless

On March 1st, the Ku Klux Klan held a hate rally at Georgia’s state capital in Atlanta. One black man sees them and gathers about 20 people to hold a counter protest, but guess who the police ask to leave?

Why were they protected by the police? They had a metal fence surrounding them as they held the rally, and there was a huge police presence. When the Klan saw the counter protestors arrive, they started chanting, “White power! White power!” One counter-demonstrator said, “Make everybody move, then […] That’s some bullsh*t. They get to stay and preach hate, but we’ve gotta move or we’re committing a crime. That’s some bullsh*t.”

One woman who recorded the event narrated, “I don’t know if y’all can hear this, but we’re going down the street. It’s Martin Luther King Street and Washington in downtown Atlanta and there’s a Ku Klux Klan meeting going on right now. And I’m waiting at the light so I can get further, so you guys can see…

Do you see the Confederate flags? Can you hear it? They’re chanting ‘White Power.’ They just said that America’s being overrun by jungle fever. See all the police? See the flags? Why? This is still happening. 2014. In the South.”
