VIDEO: Do You Think What Terrible Thing This Cop Did To A Young Teen Warrants Jail Time?

Another police officer from the state of Missouri is accused of assaulting a civilian. An Independence Missouri police officer is accused of assaulting a 17-year-old teenage male. On Sunday, September 14 an Independence Missouri police officer pulled the teen and his passenger over. The official reason being that the officer had information that the teen had a warrant related to the car he was driving.

The officer states that when he asked the teen to roll down the driver’s side window of the car that the teen refused to cooperate. However the passenger in the car stated that the driver’s side window was broken and would not roll down.

While the police officer went on record saying the teen was being ‘uncooperative’, but a witness to the incident is on record saying that he could hear the teen yelling to the officer that the car window was broken.

The passenger in an attempt to comply with the officers request rolled down the passenger window and the teen was informed that we was under arrest.

Witnesses say that the officer then tased the teenager and used forcefully removed the teen from the car and placed the teen in handcuffs. After handcuffing the teen the officer was said to have thrown the handcuffed teen to the pavement face first.

During the altercation the teen began to experience convulsions, and the officer was said to have placed his foot on the teens neck and “twisted it as if he was putting out a cigarette butt”.

Cellphone video capture the altercation is said to reveal the teen laying on the pavement bloodied, and unresponsive for at least five minutes before officer finally called medics to the seen. The officer was said to have told the medics that he had no knowledge of how the teen received is injuries.

The teen remains in critical condition with severe swelling in his brain.
