Gov. Pence’s Investigation Finds Planned Parenthood Not Guilty Of ANYTHING

Last week, edited videos were released attempting to harm Planned Parenthood and their campaigns. Since they became public, Republicans and many religious groups have been demanding Planned Parenthood be cut from funding.

Since then, investigations went underway to figure out if the allegations Planned Parenthood faced had any sort of validity. On Thursday, Indiana Governor Mike Pence came forward with the findings of the investigation and declared that Planned Parenthood was doing nothing wrong, clearing any charges that might be made against them. Health inspectors weren’t able to find anything Planned Parenthood was doing that was against state regulation. Officially, the case is closed.

This is followed by a ruling in California stating that no more of these videos can ever be released as they were recorded illegally, since all parties involve didn’t consent to being filmed.

In order to gain back ground, Republicans have threatened to shut down the government in order for the defunding to occur the way they want it to. Whether or not they will go through with this threat is yet to be seen, but after the same-sex ruling going through, it’s clear they’re desperate to gain back some ground somehow. With the case cleared up and Planned Parenthood shining in the right light, perhaps they should move their focus to other problems.
