The former GOP of Montgomery County in PA has been charged with 19 counts of drug and rape charges.
Robert Kerns is accused of getting drunk and assaulting many woman following a Dinner earlier this year.
When he was taken into custody he was charged with rape of unconscious victim, rape of impaired person, sexual assault, aggravated assault, and many other forms of assault.
The district attorney said that Kerns “delivered a controlled substance and sexually assaulted a woman multiple locations.”
They say Kerns had drugged woman by putting substances into their drinks at the party.
Kerns resigned his position as Chairman of Republican Party and is waiting arraignment.
