Especially on hot days, the inside temperature of a car can become deadly. You wouldn’t leave a child to sit alone in a car in the heat, but other members of the family might not get the same consideration.
Sometimes family pets, namely dogs, are left in cars with the windows rolled up and with no way to escape. In this international commercial, two young women are walking through a hot parking lot but discover a dog trapped in a vehicle.
The dog is unresponsive and appears sick. Since they are in an empty parking lot, with no one around to help them, their immediate reaction is to rescue the dog by breaking the window and lifting the dog out of the car. They proceed to try and help the dog by giving it water.
The young women’s response may seem extreme or shocking to some, but it made a difference in that dog’s life. The heat was already taking a toll on the animal and he may not have had a lot of time left.
In situations like this sometimes there is no time to think things through or notify someone, but through immediate action you could save a life.
