When These Judges Turned Their Chairs Around They Were In For The Shock Of A Lifetime

Mitchell Brunings might just be the new Bob Marley, or at least, a living reincarnation of the great singer himself.

Brunings appeared singing ‘Redemption Song’ by Bob Marley on the famous TV show “Holland Voice”, comparable to American Idol, and blew the judges away. About ten seconds into his song, the judges gave him the green light, hit their buzzers, and their chairs turned around to face him.

Clearly having been impressed by his uncannily similar voice to Bob Marley, the judges were amazed just as much as the fans, who, almost in rehearsed unison, cheered Brunings and brought a smile and jovial expression to his face that was symbolic of the happiness and satisfaction that Bob Marley brought to peoples’ lives during his career as a singer.

Many contestants appear on the popular “Holland Voice”, but not everyone manages to leave the judges awestruck like Brunings. In order to pull of such a breath-taking performance, you must have both creativity and talent. He comes from Surinam, a country in South America, and attributes his musical voice to the latin and soul music he listened to growing up. Brunings seemed to have an ample amount of both, so much so that since the audition he has been asked to perform in a tribute concert to Bob Marley.

Bob Marley is a singer that will always be remembered. Who knows? Maybe Brunings will precede his legend and make a claim to fame.
