WATCH: George Zimmerman Thrown In Jail Again On These Violent Charges…

31-year old George Zimmerman was arrested for domestic violence charges, once again. In 2012, George Zimmerman was acquitted on charges for second-degree assault and manslaughter following the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager, Trayvon Martin.

Since 2012, Zimmerman has had three more encounters with police, twice for domestic violence incidents and a third for a road rage incident. Friday night around 10 pm, George Zimmerman was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon in Lake Mary, Florida. Zimmerman allegedly threw a wine bottle at his girlfriend earlier in the week.

Following a Saturday morning court appearance, Zimmerman posted the required $5,000 bond and was released from the John E. Polk Correctional Facility later that afternoon. He has been ordered not to come in contact with the alleged victim. Additionally, Zimmerman must relinquish all firearms that he owns.

Zimmerman is scheduled to appear in court, again, on February 17th. In September, 2013, just after their divorce was finalized, police responded to a 911 call where Zimmerman’s ex-wife, Shellie Zimmerman, accused him of threatening her with a gun, punching her father as well as breaking an iPad during an argument. Shellie Zimmerman later decided not to press charges.

Just a few months later in November, Zimmerman was accused of threatening his then-girlfriend with a shotgun. Zimmerman was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, domestic violence battery, and criminal mischief.

His then-girlfriend later asked that charges against Zimmerman be dropped. This past September, Zimmerman was involved in a road-rage incident where he was accused of threatening and following another driver. The other driver involved decided not to press charges.
