This woman is truly a genius, she built a small 320 square foot cottage that is an optical illusion. It appears tiny from the outside, but don’t let that fool you! The cottage overlooks the ocean, with beautiful scenic views. It has stylish design elements, such as circular windows that open by spinning, sliding glass doors, and exterior wood veneer design.
Plus, it’s got a beautiful porch that almost goes all the way around the house. A beautiful wooden, round deck extends towards the ocean, perfect for a barbecue or a dinner gathering. Inside the house are white walls, giving the appearance that it’s way bigger than it actually is.
The doors are double horizontal (top and bottom) with lever door handles. This house has lots of windows in it, giving the inside a bright, spacial appearance. The kitchen has a modern look to it making it appear huge. There is virtually no carpet in this house.
The bathroom has white walls with a large shower area. The bedroom looks so cozy that a person could lay there all day. To see the cottage in person would be absolutely breath taking. It would be hard to fathom why would anyone would not want to live in this adorable, beautiful little house.
