Most cakes require several ingredients that are put together in order to make a delicious dessert. There is one cake that uses only two ingredients, making it a dessert that is easy to make and tasty at the same time.
This is a chocolate cake that you can make without getting out mixing bowls, a mixer and other items that other cakes and desserts require. There is a meringue on the top of the cake. This would be something that you might need a mixer for if you want to include the meringue, but the addition isn’t a requirement for the dessert.
When the cake batter is mixed together, make sure you get everything combined so that there aren’t any lumps in the batter as this can affect how it bakes. The only ingredients that you need are chocolate bars and eggs. Separate the eggs, placing the whites in a large bowl.
Preheat the oven.
Chop the chocolate, placing it in a small bowl before melting in a microwave. Make the meringue in a separate bowl. Mix the chocolate until it’s smooth. Add the egg whites one third at a time. Pour the batter into a pan, and bake for about 35 minutes.
