The hair piece wearing billionaire Donald Trump has filed a 100 million dollar lawsuit against the Palm Beach International Airport due to their routing of flights over one of his expensive properties in the area. The airport has responded that they route the flights based upon helping the majority of citizen living in the flight route’s path but Trump doesn’t seem to care about any of the other residents concerning the effect of jet noise on whole neighborhoods.
Trump is concerned with the noise and he feels he is being treat unfairly by the airport director Bruce Pelly. Trump is convinced Pelly is punishing him from a previous dispute the two had back in 1995. This dispute was based upon
Trump’s involvement in halting the expansion of the airport and another lawsuit he filed against the airport in 1995. He is convinced that the planes are being routed over his mansion based upon a grudge Pelly still has against him from past disputes.
The reality of the situation is that Trump’s lawsuit is simply a legal punching match and he is basing his complaint on the idea that a large number of residents in Palm Beach, Florida should have to deal with the flight noise instead of him. For all the money Donald Trump has acquired it might be wise to just buy another piece of property instead of getting lawyers involved and making a big deal out of something that doesn’t even concern most citizens.
