VIDEO: He Had No Idea The Final Jeopardy Question. So What He Answers? HILARIOUS!

The long-running evening Canadian-American game show “Jeopardy!” is known for the difficult “Final Jeopardy” question. The question has allowed many people to make a last ditch effort to regain the lead and win the show. In this case, the question proved quite daunting indeed. As the contestants eagerly listened, host Alex Trebek posed this question:

“A Christian Hymn and Jewish Holiday are both titled this, also the name of a 2009 Tony-nominated musical”

Admittedly, it was the type of question that would have many people puzzled. As it turns out, the current champion had absolutely no clue what to respond. No surprisingly, he wrote on his display the question: “What is Kinky Boots?” It was to this answer that the audience erupted in laughter. Even Mr. Trebek, always the gracious host, exclaimed facetiously the answer made senses as people going to the temple or church for worship would invoke the hymn “Kinky Boots”.

After his gentle ribbing of the current champion, Trebek announced the correct answer as the hymn “Rock of Ages”. He then stated it would cost the champion something, but it turns out the champion did not wager a single dollar. In the end, he had the last laugh as he won $14,000 for his single day’s work on the show. It brought his three day total to $56,700. Put in other terms, the man used his knowledge of trivia to make in three days what the average American household earns in an entire year. Not bad at all even if he did flub the final question.
