VIDEO: His Son Dies In His Arms While Waiting For Doctors In The Hospital To See Him. Unforgivable

It was just days before the Christmas holiday, and a family from Boone County Kentucky, is grief-stricken because they lost their 6-year-old son. His name was Mikey Guallpa. On December 20, 2014, Mikey’s parents rushed him to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence because he was in critical condition.

He was vomiting. and was so weak that his parents had to carry him into the hospital. Mikey had suffered from asthma and had recently seen the doctor for flu symptoms. Instead of receiving immediate treatment, Mikey’s parents were told that they would have to wait in the waiting room until someone could attend to Mikey.

The parents were in the waiting room for 20 minutes when their son started to vomit again. It wasn’t until the parents started screaming for help, that Mikey was finally attended to. But for Mikey, the time was too late.

He died in his father’s arms. Mikey’s parents were upset, that because they had to wait their turn, their son had died. Now, they are grieving for their son, who should be alive.

The spokesman for St. Elizabeth Hospital would not comment on this situation, only saying that the hospital respects the patient’s privacy. Mikey’s mom said that this incident is like a bad dream to her. Mikey should be alive and she can not understand why this happened.
