It is not every day that a dog is able to outsmart its owner for a long time. However, there are some dogs that just appear to have the smarts to do just that. One such dog decided that she really didn’t want to leave the park when it was time to go home.
Instead, she decided to stage a protest and refuse to leave. The Golden Retriever decided that she would lay down in the grass and simply refuse to leave. The owner was trying everything he could think of to coax her away from the park, but she just wouldn’t budge.
It is difficult to get your dog to move when she just doesn’t want to go. It may be even worse when onlookers turn on their cameras to film the whole event for the pleasure of the rest of the viewing world. The owner literally tried everything he could think of.
He pulled out all of the stops such as throwing a ball, offering treats, and even pretending to run away to see if the dog would give chase. Nothing at all would work until he finally put the treat in his mouth and taunted the dog in a way to get her attention. She took the bait and finally stood up and followed him.
Most who have seen this video are talking about how cute it is and how they very much like the ideas that this creative dog owner came up with to get the dog to follow him.
