Most people who have gym memberships either don’t use them or tend to waste time while they’re at the facility.

That’s not the case with this man. Watch him and get a much needed attitude adjustment. In the video, the man appears to be dancing while on the treadmill. While he does sprint at times, he uses the running treadmill as if it were a ballroom dance floor for twirls, shimmies, and back slides.

At times, he is able to spin about on his heels for two or three revolutions on a running treadmill as if he were on the dance floor. By all accounts, this man must have agility and grace as a dancer. Be careful though as his moves are not to be attempted by rank amateurs.

In all likelihood, anyone attempting his moves on a treadmill will end up like contestants on day one of the “Biggest Loser” who ungraciously wipe out and are sent rolling onto the floor in a daze. The point of the man is that attitude has a lot to do with the success a person achieves.

It may seem like drudgery on the treadmill, but it is medicine and a recipe for improved quality of life. As for the man doing the ballroom dance on the treadmill, he is a natural born dancer. The goal is to find your inner voice and let it speak out in whatever form works for you.

Not everyone is a graceful dancer, but everyone can tap into their own better angels.
