Judging from their bleach whiteness of their hair, an elderly couple that was perhaps in their late 70s or early 80s heard a strange cry coming from the bushes on the side of their home. Their house had some bushes on the side of their home that were no more than knee height.
Something was making its way through the bushes that got trapped in the drop area of the basement window.
The video shows the husband dressed casually in his jeans and white t-shirt making his way through the bushes towards the drop area of the window. Something had his attention and while it isn’t clear to the viewers in the video, he had a good idea what he was looking at. Eventually, he lowers himself into the window pit and motions toward something which lets out a shrill high pitch squeal. All the while, the man keeps gently uttering, “C’mon baby! C’mon baby!”
After the first squeal, a female doe is seen approaching several feet away. It is eagerly motioning its head as the man finally lifts out a tender young fawn. As he releases the fawn, it is so young that it takes several seconds to get its legs straight enough to walk.
Regardless, it is now in the safety of its mother and the two walk away gracefully as if under no threat. The elderly man emerges from the pit with the satisfaction of having done nature a good deed as the mother and fawn return from whence they came.
