A video has surfaced concerning the recent arrest of Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett, which shows him having a heated confrontation with a police officer while detained in a holding cell. The anchor was arrested at Minneapolis Saint Paul International Airport on May 21st for interference with a peace officer. Mr. Jarrett was recently released from a local treatment facility, but was found with prescription drugs in his pocket.

The police arrest Mr. Jarrett because he initially appeared to be intoxicated. After the arrest, the Fox anchor was videotaped in the holding facility calmly speaking with medical personnel. Gregg Jarrett appears to be intoxicated in the video, as he responds to the questions of the medical staff by removing his jacket and his glasses. Shortly after talking with the medical staff, it appears that Mr. Jarrett is having words with a police officer who is off camera.

As the police officer approaches Mr. Jarrett, he quickly gets up off the bench as gets in the face of the officer. They begin to exchange heated words when Mr. Jarrett appears to have placed his hands on the officer. The police officer takes no chances and quickly pushes Mr. Jarrett against the wall to try and detain him.

Eventually the officer gets the Fox News anchor face down on the bench where he places the handcuffs on him immediately. The police office can repeatedly be heard telling Mr. Jarrett to quit resisting. During this altercation Mr Jarrett was on leave from the Fox News station.
