VIDEO: 2 Babies Are Saved By A Very Unlikely Set Of Heroes. I Didn’t See That Happening!

A group of GoPro toting skateboarders were doing their thing down the streets of a subdivision when they were approached by a frantic woman. She asked if she could borrow their skateboards to break the glass of her SUV.

It turns out she had accidentally locked the keys inside the car with her two children fastened in child safety seats. The cabin temperature was such that the children were sweating profusely. One woman, perhaps the children’s grandmother, was on 911 seeking help while answering the myriad of annoying questions they can sometimes pose when all that is needed is for them to get their fourth points of contact to the location of the emergency.

The mother asked the skateboarders to bust the glass, but it proved far more resilient than anyone imagined. Despite repeated attempts by the lads to break the glass, they were unable to do more than perhaps chip or scuff the tempered windows.

This didn’t stop the lads from trying all that they could to help. At times, the older woman on the cell phone upbraided the young men telling them what they were attempting to do wasn’t helping or doing more than leave marks on the glass.

At long last, someone brought forth a large section of pipe measuring roughly four feet in length and between 4 and 6 inches in diameter. They handed the pipe to a burly man who rammed it into the front passenger glass.

On the second battering, the glass shattered and two slippery and sweaty children were removed from the car. The point is that Good Samaritans do not fit the image what one might expect. Neither did the Good Samaritan in the parable Christ uttered fit the acceptable image of a good neighbor.
