One of the easy treats that you can make for family and friends and to give as a gift for the holidays is fudge. You can make that fudge a little more colorful by adding a few extra ingredients.
There are plenty of recipes for confetti cake and items that you can make to create a rainbow with fruits and vegetables, but there aren’t many recipes for rainbow fudge. This is an easy recipe to follow, and you are sure to get asked where you discovered how to make the treat. In order to create the colors, you need to use white chocolate. It’s sold in squares, and each individual square will be used for a different color.
Put the chocolate in a bowl along with sweetened condensed milk. Put the bowl in the microwave for about a minute so that the chocolate melts. You will separate the chocolate into as many colors as you want. Start adding darker colors on the bottom of a pan that has been lined with aluminum foil.
Vanilla can be added before you start to add the coloring for additional flavors. You want to tap the pan to get the bubbles out. Put the pan in the freezer to get the top of the fudge hard so that you can add the next color. Repeat this process until all of the chocolate is gone and you have a rainbow.
