Whether this man was born this way, or it was a result of an accident of some kind, he has not let his challenges get in the way of being a husband and a father. He has found other ways to interact with his baby rather than just turn his back on him because of the challenges that he faces on a daily basis. This is why she calls him, “Super Dad”.
Some people with challenges like this might have turned away, or given up on the idea of being a parent because of the way society as a whole might view people with his challenges. He knows what he is capable of, and is not letting anything slow him down, or get in his way. He is teaching his son that no matter what obstacles get in his way, he will always be there for his son no matter what.
This will be one of the most rewarding lessons that he will learn in his lifetime. He will learn that everything is possible if you keep trying and never give up. He will learn many different ways to show someone that love can be shown in many different ways and that you do not need hands or arms to show you love, or care about someone.
This is how this little boy is going to grow up, and will not know any different from other children. He will not have any doubts that his father truly does love him.
