Tacos are good. So is pizza. Some people may have difficulty trying to decide which one to eat. Now there is a way to combine the two foods.

In the latest blog from “The Girl Who Ate Everything,” she demonstrates how to make taco pizza rolls. The first thing you need is half-a-pound of ground beef. The other ingredients include can of Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust, two tablespoons of taco seasoning mix, three tablespoons of water, and a cup of Mexican cheese blend. Some optional toppings include tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, onions, and guacamole. Next, cook the ground beef until it is brown, then drain it. Add the taco seasoning and water and cook for another two or three minutes.

Now it is time to get the pizza dough. Roll it into the shape of a rectangle, then spread the beef and cheese on top of it. Next, roll the dough into a tight roll and cut it into smaller rolls about an inch in size. That should give you 18 rolls total.

Put the taco pizza rolls on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about 10 or 12 minutes. When they are browned, take them out and put whatever optional toppings you want on them, and enjoy having both tacos and pizza at the same time.
