Indianapolis, Indiana – meet Turbo, a Chihuahua puppy born without his front legs. His owners dropped him off at a local vet’s as a fragile puppy in need serious nursing. The staff at the clinic has since taken to nursing him and after only four weeks, he is gaining back strength and becoming healthier.
A staff member used a plastic toy to fashion it into a walker of sorts so that Turbo, the two-legged dog could get around using his hind legs. The pictures of the fragile puppy are heartbreaking, but inspiring. Turbo can walk again and he seems quite content with that, he is growing stronger and exhibits a upbeat, happy attitude. His outlook appears to be good.
It seems that the clinic has found a special home for him, because they stated he “will” be going to his new home once he is sufficiently strong. Turbo, the special needs dog, is going to make a fantastic addition to whatever family is lucky enough to get him.
Ceck ot the pictures of Turbo and his new walker! It will take a special loving heart to care for him, but he promises to return that love in spades. This dog has a lot of tenacity.
