2 yellow onions
1 1b ground beef
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup onions, finely diced
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon spicy ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 package of bacon
1 whole bottle of barbecue sauce
Next, work on preparing the whole onions.Cut the tops and bottoms off and be continue by removing the onion’s peel.Now, cut the onions in half. Be sure to keep the biggest chunks large to be able to stuff with meat.Place the onion parts aside while you work on the next steps.
Mix ground beef with diced onions, mushroom, parsley,bread crumbs and condiments in a large bowl.
