Fox News is showing how dumb they are again. While trying to deny Obama’s new $1 billion climate change “rescue” fund this week, Chris Wallace and his panel made fools of themselves.
Wallace said that since the East is having a cold winter, Obama will not be able to make a good claim for climate change. Wallace asked columnist George Will if he “bought” the climate change claim. To which Will replied:
“No. And neither does science. But I’m one of those who are called deniers… But when a politician on a subject implicating science, hard science, economic science, social science says the debate is over, you may be sure of two things. The debate is raging and he’s losing it… how much money are we going to spend? How much wealth are we going to forgo creating in order to have zero or discernible effect on the environment?”
Will later asked columnist Kim Strassel why the term “climate change” is replacing “global warming,” to which she responded:
“It became climate change when you couldn’t prove that there was much global warming anymore… As the temperatures didn’t change.” Perhaps they should all don their homework next time.
