VIDEO: When A Water Pipes Bursts In Russian, This Happened, And It Left Me Saying WOW

Residents of Dudinka in central Siberia found their streets to be literally frozen solid. Dudinka is a small city of just over 20,000 residents which borders on the Arctic Ocean. The city lies inside of the Arctic Circle.
In this town, residents get their water from a local power plant where the water is heated and piped into the residents homes.

A powerful winter storm burst several water pipes. The water froze solid after a few minutes on the street because of the frigid outside temperatures of -40 C.

Cars and trucks parked outside were encased in four feet of ice.

Many homes were left without water and electricity. In spite of this, the Internet was working well and was not affected. Many residents took photos of the deep freeze and shared them online on social media sites.

Residents were forced to go outside in the bitter cold to collect water in plastic bottles before it froze in a matter of minutes.

Not to be deterred, some residents ventured outside on thier travels wearing heavy winter boots and protective clothing.

To break up the solid ice formations, a giant icebreaker has been brought in from the Arctic Ocean to Dudinka to alleviate the problem.
