This recipe literally only takes 5 minutes to make. Simply beat 1 egg into a small mixing bowl. Pour in 1/4 cup milk. Next, add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. Be sure to mix the cream cheese as smoothly as you can. Add in your favorite meat, such as ham, pepperoni, or other meat of your choice. Add 1 teaspoon fresh chives, and 1/2 teasppon thyme. Last, stir in dried bread that has been cut into 1 inch cubes. Make sure to stir the mixture together so it is blended well.

Place the mixture into a small bowl or coffee mug. Cook it in the microwave for approximately one minute. If the quiche is not completely done, cook it for 30 additional seconds. For an optional topping, plop 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard on top of the quiche.

This is an easy meal for a college student, a busy mother, or anyone who needs a good meal in a hurry. It tastes great, doesn’t take many ingredients and can be made quickly.
