Arnold Schwarzenegger is looking to run for President but there is only one major issue, he wasn’t born in America.
According to one newspaper Arnold has been talking about changing the constitutional rules of being eligible to run.
He is said to be filing the paperwork to legally fight the rules.
According to the constitution, it is forbidden for a foreign-born citizen to hold the seat of President in the U.S.
If he tries to fight this law, and he takes it to Congress, he needs 2/3rds majority and for at least 38 states to ratify it.
Republicans argue that Obama was not born in America so he shouldn’t be the only person allowed to bypass these laws.
