The problem is that the cost of this service is usually incredibly high and impractical especially if you left the house without money or credit cards. Another option is to try to break into the car using brute force. This could mean trying to force the window down, shoving metal wires into the door or just breaking a small part of a window. All of those methods will damage the car. The cost of repairs can be very high.
One person came up with a method of getting into a car without your keys. The trick is easy although you have to prepare for it in advance in most cases. The main thing that you will need for this to work is a tennis ball. You need to have a standard tennis ball. It should be new and without any holes or imperfections in the surface. This is very important. Squeeze the ball to make certain it does not have a hole that lets the air out. You now want to get something like a house key or a flathead screwdriver. Heat up the end of the key or screwdriver over a burner on your stove. Get it as hot as possible. Push the end of the key or screwdriver into the tennis ball. Push until you have created a hole. The hole should be in the shape of the slot on the car door lock where a key would enter.
If you find your keys are locked in your car, then take out the tennis ball. Line the hole on the ball up with the car door lock. The hole in the tennis ball and the slot for the key must be lined up perfectly for the trick to work. Brace yourself and get your footing on the ground. You now need to use your hands and push the tennis ball against the car as hard and fast as you can. You need to do this quickly and in one motion. If you do this correctly, then the lock on the inside of your car should pop up and unlock. This will allow you to open the door. It might take several tries to get everything right.
The reason this trick works is that you are changing the air pressure inside of the door. A typical car door is sealed against the elements. You are using the ball to quickly increase the air pressure inside the door. The air in the door will start looking for a way to escape. The lock on the inside is designed to move and is the easiest place for the air to go. That means the air will push the lock out. This technique works on most car doors including ones that use electric locks.
