VIDEO: This Bride Gave Her Groom A Surprise He Never Saw Coming In His Wildest Dreams. AMAZING!

In a surprise wedding day twist, a bride serenaded her new groom with ‘Fly Me to the Moon.’ On June 8, 2013, Stéphanie Hamelin Tamala, a professor of violin and piano from Carignan, Quebec, Canada, sang a beautiful and haunting rendition of the hit Frank Sinatra song to her husband Alexandre Côté in St. Barnabas Anglican Church in Saint-Lambert, Quebec on their wedding day.

Accompanied on guitar by Dilan Mulumba, Stéphanie started the lyrics and then added her own accompaniment: She played violin for the instrumental first verse of the song after singing, “I love you.”

In the video recording of the event, found on her Stéphanie Hamelin YouTube channel, Alexandre watched from the pew to her right. A small group of wedding ceremony musicians in the nearby pews, and family, friends and other guests watching from throughout the rest of the church, snapped their fingers and clapped their hands to the music.

The person handling the camera panned to show Mulumba on the guitar and then centered on his fingerwork before panning back to Stéphanie as she began playing violin.

Stephanie received a loud, standing ovation upon finishing the song. Alexandre also immediately stood up to kiss her. One YouTube visitor considered the music so beautiful that she asked if Stéphanie had other recordings. As of October 2014, the video “Best Surprise Wedding song ever bride sings” has had more than 63,000 views.
