VIDEO: This 3-Year-Old Music Prodigy Will Blow Your Mind. I Can’t Fathom What I Just Watched!

A video of a three-year-old Russian boy playing the drums with a full orchestra has gone viral.

The boy, named Lyonya Shilovsky, is from Bovosibirsk, Russia and appeared in the Russian talent show Minute Fame where he first showcased his drumming abilities. In the four minute video, the child is dressed in a white dress shirt, an adorable bow tie and tiny slacks. He plays with a full orchestra of adult musicians and together they perform the chorus of Jacques Offebach’s famous song “Orpheus in the Underworld,” commonly known as the “Can-Can.”

The toddler memorized nearly the entire performance, an extremely difficult feat for someone of such a young age.

In the video, the little boy can be seen beating away at his instrument sitting in front of the full orchestra. An adult leans down next to him, assuring that he is comfortable and clapping to the rhythm of the song. Every now and then, the child can be seen looking back at the group of musicians, checking whether they are following his lead.

The boy plays nearly the entire song to perfection, with just a few instances of a missing beat. Watch this video of the young and talented boy and be amazed by his talented performance.
