VIDEO: She Went To Pick A Tomato, But What She Pulled Out? HA HA HA!

Making your fruits come to life is a statement applied literally in the following situation. Red Nose Day is a British fundraiser that promotes awareness for the poor and underprivileged who are suffering from hunger all over the world. Many comedians and celebrities from the United Kingdom support this worthy cause.

In order to promote Red Nose Day awareness, British reality star Spencer Matthews of the show Made in Chelsea painted his face red, applied a red rubber nose and proceeded to hide within a pile of tomatoes in a supermarket.

When the supermarket employees came near the stack of tomatoes, Mr. Matthews announced his presence by screaming and moving his face. Being unaware that this is going to occur produces surprised reactions by each employee. Describing the reactions as startling is a mild understatement.

Each employee who received the surprise was startled to the point of screaming, jumping and quickly hastening away. The unsuspecting employees were good sports about the intentional act of frightening and filming the reactions. The entire scenario is hilarious from beginning to end and was a unique way to generate publicity and support for fundraising efforts in eradicating world hunger. Using tomatoes as a symbol of red noses around the world was ingenious.
