As everyone known, grown men and women face the grown up problems. Sometimes being so close to one’s own trials is sufficient to make a person feel their particular burden is great beyond measure. This is why this video is so helpful to put things into perspective.
Little Grace Anna has endured a hard life. From the time she was in her mother’s womb, her parents were informed that she would be born with a rare form of dwarfism that would carry with it many concomitant health issues. No less than five times they were advised to put an end to her life, but her parents eschewed any such thinking.
She was born with all the health issues and perils that physicians had warned. Perhaps because of her sweet innocence, but Grace Anna has never known a different life. Like all children, her heart is pure and she embraces the light around her with such joy. In the video, she takes to singing the old Southern tune, “You Are My Sunshine”. The words are sung with such enthusiasm that it is hard to imagine anyone not being touched by her. She is seen with her eyes peering through he glasses with a lazy right eye following along.
Little Grace Anna is almost infant like due to her small stature, but her heart shines through. Watch the video and let her courage remind you that every difficulty is like the coldness of winter in that it will always give way to the warmth and peace of spring.
