Spills and messes around any home or business are a problem for those who are forced to clean them up. At a recent new invention convention the problem of cleaning up semi solid materials was given a new twist with a demonstration of the Switl gadget, which may just cause a revolution in cleaning in both homes and businesses.
The demonstration provided by the Switl company shows how simple it is to clean up everyday messes, such as ketchup, toothpaste and other semi solid forms. The revolutionary gadget shocked passers by as the seemingly simple, yet completely effective hand held machine scooped up the spilled sauces and toothpaste using a slider moving out of the body of the gadget.
One of the major problems most people have with cleaning up spilled sauces and other semi solid materials is the fact that the spilled substance generally spreads around the surface it was spilled on.
The Switl picks up the spilled substance without altering its shape or form directly onto the thin slider, which shoots out of the body of the gadget and twists slightly to allow the substance to be picked up in a mess free fashion. Like all new inventions, it may take a while for the Switl to make its way onto store shelves, but with the ability to withstand temperatures of up to 500F, it could change how we clean our surfaces in the future.
