VIDEO: He Bought His Dream Home, But As Soon As He Opened To Front Door, He Was Calling 911

Like many people, William Wilson was excited to move into his newly purchased home in Cape Coral that he purchased at a tax-deed auction. Knowing he got a good deal on this house he was prepared to have some work ahead of him to make his new house a home.

The windows were covered with metal bars, and there’s a large lock on the door that give a hint of the house he’d made an investment in. He, like many auction bidders, expected to have to make a few adjustments such as some extra painting and decorating. When William Wilson began doing a walk through of his at least new home, it unexpectedly looked lived in with boxes and food all over the house.

He could smell the stench and felt that something was not right. When Wilson walked through the home, he stumbled upon a creepy and surprising situation. He found a lifeless corpse lying on the floor of his master bedroom. He, of course, was in shock. He called 911 and told the dispatcher “It’s been [here] at least three or four years.” Wilson said that the corpse looked to be partially eaten, possibly by the owners pet bird or cockroaches.

Neighbors suggested that the body may belong to Carmen Garcia-Viso, who previously resided in the home and did not have enough money to pay her taxes. The local authorities claimed to have looked at the home prior to the sale and never mention the trace of anything suspicious. William Wilson is still deciding where he will let the house go, and move somewhere else, and the situation still has many loose ends open for explanations.
