VIDEO: Fox News’ Neil Cavuto and Michele Bachmann Get into INSANE shouting match

Fox News anchorman and commentator Neil Cavuto was covering the pending lawsuit that Speaker John Boehner intends to bring against President Obama for overstepping his congressional authority abusing executive authority and an arbitrary enforcement of the law.

Cavuto suspects that the move by the House leadership is politically motivated given this in an election year and believes the effort will be a waste of time. He would rather see the House Republicans “fix” those issues that can be fixed now as opposed to diverting their attention to the lawsuit against President Obama which he believes will amount to nothing.

GOP firebrand Michelle Bachman admitted that she was unsure what reasons Speaker Boehner had for bringing up the lawsuit at this time. For her part, she had recommended this course of action be taken as far back as the state of the union. She seemingly concurred with Cavuto that the congress should instead act to do what it can accomplish now. However, that is a point that is open to broad interpretation. In Bachman’s mind, doing what can be down now is to literally defund the executive branch of the government and deny Obama the funds to operate.

She also wanted to see congress take action against the president’s appointees who have broken the law such as the IRS handing over private donor information to Obama’s friends in violation of the law. Cavuto believed those actions were hypocritical and called Bachman’s arguments silly which sparked a heated argument between the two. Cavuto eventually cut her off and directed the station to go to a commercial break. He later apologized for his lack of courtesy, but not for his position on the House lawsuit.
