Evolving sentiment in conservative media outlets and some mainstream networks are sensing a changing tide. They have recently used carefully-chosen language, which pairs the voracious attitudes of leading congressional voices like Nancy Pelosi, to the equally-voracious sentiments of the Tea Party.
This collision and comparison has angered several media personalities to take great offense. Journalists like Rachael Maddow have issued public commentary that attempts to re-strike a great chasm between the two ideological camps. Rachael Maddow is a well-known and outspoken champion of the Left. She immediately noticed the unlikely inference, and used her expertise and talent to voice an unforgiving commentary against the comparison of the Liberal Left and the Tea Party.
Ms. Maddow colorfully contrasted the attempts of the Tea Party to influence past federal government shutdowns in response to the inception of Obamacare. She is quick to point-out that newly elected, and perennial faces, in the Democrat party fought hard against such actions.
The liberals still holding office are a representation of the degree that their constituent districts object to the Tea Party’s black-and-white judgments regarding present legislation. Ms. Maddow’s commentary highlights the undeniable differences between modern liberalism and extreme conservatism. Her conclusion is that liberal legislation and representation is forward-looking, while the Tea Party is purely destructive.
No rational comparison between the two can be authoritatively posited. Since revealing her own special interest in the advancement of liberal ideals, Ms. Maddow has become one of the most vocal voices in the media. Her devotion and passion is markedly anti-Tea Party, and popularly-progressive.
