Josie Cunningham has been running after stardom for some time now. In 2013, she demanded over 4,800 British pounds in order to receive a boot job as she wanted to become a “glamour model.” More recently though, she became pregnant either from an agent she had sex with while serving as an escort, or with a Premier League footballer. Even though she is 18 weeks pregnant (in her second trimester), she has decided to receive an abortion, in order to appear on the television show Big Brother.
Josie Cunningham came out and stated she thought Channel 5 was going to shortlist her when the station found out she was pregnant. Since then, she has come out and stated she would undergo the abortion, even though she has already tweeted out pictures of an ultrasound of her child, which has already showcases the child’s limbs and face.
Even though she is already 18 weeks pregnant, Josie has not stopped drinking at all and she still smokes up to 10 cigarettes a day. Despite this, she continually states she is a good mother, as she already has two children. She stated she had started off good, but that she has “totally relaxed now.” As for current laws, it is possible to have an abortion up to the first 24 weeks, two doctors must agree it would cause less damage to the health of the mother and that it has to take place in a hospital or licensed clinic. Ideally though, any abortion should be done before 12 weeks.
