If you have mice or spiders in the home, all you need to get rid of them is a tea bag. You won’t have to worry about calling a pest control company to rid the home of the critters, which will save you money and reduce the amount of any chemicals that are used outside or inside the home to get rid of the animals. You want to use peppermint tea instead of a traditional black or green tea.
Brew a pot of peppermint tea like you normally would if you were making it to drink. Leave the tea bag, or bags, in a room where you have seen mice or spiders. You should put the bag on a plate or in a bowl instead of just leaving it on the floor.
A corner of the room is the best place to put the bag. If you want to get the entire room treated, especially if it’s the attic or the basement, then you need to put a tea bag in each corner.
You can also put a bag in the closet or in a cabinet. In a few days, you’ll see the results of the peppermint in action as the number of spiders and mice in the home will decrease.
