A young man from New York who is an app developer, decided to surprise his parents with the gift of no mortgage payments in the future. The incident was videotaped, and the emotional reactions from the parents is priceless. Joe Riquelme develops apps, and he has become very wealthy.

After having several startup businesses, which include Videoshop and Kujo Inc., he has become wealthy enough to where he can help his parents out in the biggest way. Currently he is an engineer, as well as being an app developer, and because of his growing wealth, he finally made the decision to pay off his parents’ mortgage. It’s no secret that a mortgage can be a struggle to pay on a monthly basis, especially for the average person.

The video of Joe giving the gift to his parents is priceless. An envelope is handed to the mother, and she opens it and when she looks at the check inside, she has to take a second look, because it’s obviously unbelievable.

When she realizes the amount of the check, she begins to cry and hugs her son. She then passes the check to her husband, who looks it over, then they both cry together, while holding their son, and exchanging kisses.
