A Dutch real estate company has devised an ingenious way to get more traffic moving through one of its homes for sale. The real estate company built a roller coaster that takes potential buyers on a whirlwind tour of the interior of the house and around on the exterior grounds.
The wooded roller coaster starts off going down the driveway and into the garage of the home, then up a flight of stairs into the kitchen and other various rooms of the home, up another flight of stairs, around the interior then out second floor French doors, up and over the balcony, then down and around the landscape of the property.
The single car can only take one potential buyer at a time, so couples can’t ride together and discuss features of the home while on the roller coaster ride, but one can assume they have much to talk about after the roller coaster ride through this amazing house has finished.
