In the age of the internet, any sort of negativity is posted and scrutinized online. The police are a constant target of criticism and are not usually shown in the best light. A new video out of Kansas City, Missouri will hopefully inspire some people to stop hating the police and realize that just like any other person in the world, some are good and some are bad.
As the video begins, an officer approaches a group of teenagers and kids simply hanging out in the middle of the street. The teenagers and kids initially look confused until the officer did something completely unexpected.
This police officer starts dancing. That’s right, dancing.
And these are the kind of dance moves you would imagine your parents breaking out while they chaperoned your school dance. The kids respond and dance back until a full fledged dance off begins in the middle of the street. There are some dance breaks for passing cars, but the dancing on both sides gets more ridiculous as the video goes on.
This is such a great video to be circulating the web since there is such hate for the police in this country. It shows that not all are cruel and some are actually pretty cool.
