There are many cool arts and crafts tricks that people can do in order to create impressive visual effects. One of these is a marbled manicure that is easier to do than it looks when you see the very cool final result. All that you have to do is pick a few colors of nail polish that you like, and swirl them in clean water.
Start off by applying a base coat in the color of your choice, and it then putting scotch tape around your nail, so that you protect as much skin as possible. Then, fill a cup or bowl with clean, ideally filtered, water. Now, start dropping in the nail polish. Do this right at the surface, so that it does not sink to the bottom. drop the nail polish in the center, and alternate colors, so that you have rings of color going from the center to the outside.
To create the marble pattern, take a clean toothpick and make motions in the nail polish from the outside to the center. Create a pattern that you like, and then pick an area of it that you like and dip your nail in at a bit of an angle. Carefully take it out, and remove the nail polish from the areas around your nail. Repeat this entire process for all of the nails on which you want this pattern.
Finish off the process by applying a clear top coat to protect your marbled manicure, and then enjoy!
