VIDEO: I Don’t Normally Care For Peanut Butter, But This Simple Dessert Made Me Drool

If your sweet tooth is acting up, you can satisfy your craving with this delicious and super-simple Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge. With only five ingredients, you can make this yummy treat and pop it into the freezer until it is firm.

The ingredients include:
2x400g cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
100g Regular, Salted Butter,
3/4 Cup of Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter (your choice)
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Add both cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk into a medium saucepan. Next, cube the butter into small pieces and place in the pan with the Condensed Milk. Follow this with 1 Cup of Whipping Cream, 1teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, and finally the 3/4 cup of your lovely, sticky peanut butter.

Over medium heat, stir your ingredients together. Heat for fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is well-blended and very thick. Your fudge mixture will begin bubbling a bit, so be sure to wear an oven mitt when stir, as some of the hot mixture may splatter out on you and burn. At this point, it is ready to remove from heat.

Prepare a 15cm x 25cm baking pan by greasing it and then lining it with nonstick baking parchment. Pour in the fudge mixture and allow it to sit until it reaches room temperature, about 1 hour. Next, place your fudge into the freezer for about 2 hours, or until it is set and firm. Cut into bit-sized squares with a warm knife and enjoy.
