VIDEO: I Can’t Believe What This Family Had Living With Them. I’d Be TERRIFYED

Celebrities Tippi Hedren and Noel Marshall have a interesting story that they share with others about their life. Tippi and Noel had taken a trip to Africa where they were touched to find 150 lions sheltering within an abandoned house. They were so touched by this, that they wanted to go on and help these large and beautiful creatures.

But in order to really help raise awareness and understand them, they had to first live with one. Living with their lion pet, Neil helped them to understand the daily habits and tendencies of these magnificent animals. Tippi and Noel went on to start a foundation and shelter for abused and endangered exotic animals.

Neil became part of their family and enjoyed many days by the pool, snuggling in bed, and loving Tippi and Noel’s daughter Melanie. Melanie loved to spend her days with Neil poolside and snuggling in bed. Neil was just like a pet cat in that he was welcomed in the home and treated as such.

Tippi and Noel continued to try to raise awareness by creating a documentary to shed some light on the treatment of these animals and the dangers of their extinction. This film did not end up going over very well and their daughter Melanie was injured in the making of the film.

While their intentions and efforts to raise awareness for endangered species was good, it may not have been the smartest decision to house a full size lion in their home with their daughter. While this lion was tamed, there is always a chance they could strike at you if they feel threatened or afraid.
