Video How To: She Duct Tapes A Bunch Of Mirrors Together. Just Wait Until She Flips It Over….

If you’ve ever taken the time to window shop at Pottery Barn or browse through the photos of their decor, then you’ve probably noticed two things. First of all, they have tons of classy and beautiful items which would probably look amazing in your home. But then you notice that unfortunate second fact: the price tag.

If you’re like me, you cringe and tell yourself that you don’t need it. But after watching this video you might just realize that you can experience the best of both worlds. With a little bit of Do-It-Yourself craftiness, it’s possible to create classy decor even on a tight budget.

The creative genius who made this video explains how easy it is to mimic a three-hundred dollar mirror from Pottery Barn using twelve dollars worth of materials from the Dollar Store. The project only takes a few minutes, and the end result looks amazing.

After that she goes on to demonstrate several other projects, including a bowl wrapping in twine and a decorative chalkboard plate. The finished items are incredibly cute, and unlike some Do-It-Yourself projects they don’t look at all tacky or cheap. I’m definitely tempted to pick up some of these supplies next time I’m in the Dollar Store so that I can make the decor for myself.
