East Oakland, California – This odd one minute video shows a father and son standing in front of a mobile taco stand making an order for some food. While the father is ordering food with his son behind him to the left, another man begins joking around with the boy and touching him.
The man makes the gestures appear to be innocent, but sexually deviant people of that class that molest children they do not personally know are skilled at masquerading their advances as innocent gestures.
While it is not known what the other man’s intent was, the boy’s father sternly admonishes him to stay away from his son and not touch him again. It appears that the stranger may have been intoxicated. What is clear is that the stranger took offense at the admonishment and began invading the father’s personal space with taunting language and body gestures.
Finally, the stranger pushes the father back and grabs him by the head and a fight ensues. The father is backed up against a vehicle at which point the two men begin to wrestle and fall to the ground. As the video closes, the stranger appeared to have the advantage and was on top of the father. No physical blows were thrown, but the video cuts out just as the fight begins.
A woman, presumably the wife, was video recording and starts pleading with the stranger to stop fighting. The voice of a child starting to cry is also overheard. There is no word on what how the altercation ended.
