The National Anthem is one of the most popular songs of all time. There have been many great renditions of the song. However, a 12 year-old boy named Nicholas Connors gave people chills when he sang the National Anthem at the Houston Rockets and Mavericks game.
Nicholas, who was just recovered from tonsillitis, admitted that he was very nervous before he went on stage and performed. However, his mother helped him calm down before he performed. She also gave him the encouragement he needed to perform.
The crowd stood up and applauded for Nicholas after he had finished performed. He also got the surprise of his life after his performance. When Nicholas turned around, he realized that his favorite player was standing behind him. It was J.J. Watt from the NFL Defensive. J.J. Watt was also very impressed with Nicholas’s performance, and he took to Twitter to search for him. Nicholas never dreamed that he would be personally congratulated by his favorite athlete.
When Nicholas was asked about what he wants to do with his future, he replied by saying that he wanted to be him. He also stated that he wants to sing his heart out for anybody who wants to hear him.
