They Took A Picture in A Crowd. But When They Get Home They Notice THIS In The Background. INSANE

In September, 2014, Jon Anderson Edwards, a 31-year-old Scotsman, went missing in Lagos, Portugal. His disappearance happened days after he’d hit his head so hard it made him ill.

After he’d disappeared, police in Portugal found out that he didn’t take any personal belongings with him, including his passport, making it impossible for him to return to the UK. Never the less, police in both countries have been looking ever since, but haven’t been able to find out what happened to Jon.

However, one day in August, Jon’s mother thought she caught a picture of him in the background of her own photo. She took a selfie with her and a friend at a Chelsea Football Club game and spied him, or someone that looked like him, sitting in the crowd. She pleaded with people to help via Facebook, asking for any information on whether or not that could be her son.

It turns out that the man wasn’t Jon at all, but another fan that happened to resemble him. The family isn’t giving up hope, though. Neither is the police in either country who are asking people with any information to contact them so they can close the case and hopefully find Jon alive and well.
