Rudy is a pit bull that almost died early in 2015, found in a bucket in the middle of New York City. Unfortunately, the dog wasn’t able to walk and could hardly stand without some kind of help. He wouldn’t eat, and was malnourished…
There were several wounds on his body, some that were close to the bones in his legs. After being rescued, he was given a warm home and a comfortable environment. At first, Rudy wasn’t sure what to think about the human interaction, but soon he made himself at home, adjusting well to his new surroundings. He was given plenty of food and love.
A video was posted online shortly after his foster parents took him in that shows the dog in a sink of bath water. The owners enjoy feeding Rudy snacks while he lounges in his spa, and closes his eyes while warm water is poured over him.
Rudy was loved for a few months before he passed away due to a medical condition with his spine. The owners who took Rudy into their home work with a special group that helps abused dogs that are found abandoned. He wss no doubt greatful for the love and affection he received before the end of his life.
