John McCain, whose dreams consisted of having United States troops kept in Iraq for 100 years, is blaming President Obama for the deteriorating conditions in which Iraq is facing; Despite it being the actions of Iraqi insurgents, the Iraqi Military, Iraqi religious factions, the Iraqi government, and even the Iraqi President Maliki that has caused the deterioration.
The republican, who ran against Obama in the presidential election, stated that “The president wanted out and now we are paying a heavy price. We had it won, had the conflict won thanks to the surge… We had a stable government.”
Because the United States had apparently “won” the war just like Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction and now deteriorating conditions in Iraq are all Obama’s fault because he wanted the troops to be able to come home and actually let them do so.
The wannabe president must be one of the people who predicted that the war, in which McCain believes the United States has won (Or at least would have won if Obama didn’t make the “stupid” decision to withdraw the U.S troops from Iraq) would be paid for in full by Iraqi oil, and those who thought the war in Iraq would be brief; The same beliefs the Arizona Republican probably thought himself too, so now he’s taken to blaming everything on Obama, even the actions of other governments and people.
