Georgia, a 25-year-old student from the UK, went to Crete, Greece on vacation and intended to enjoy it risk free. One day, as she was walking along the beach, two men came up to her and offered to get her a drink. She declined. The men weren’t so keen on being rejected. One man reached out, grabbed her arm tightly, and attempted to pull her away. Luckily, she wasn’t as alone as she thought.
Seemingly out of nowhere, a shaggy stray dog ran towards them and barked angrily, forcing the men to flee. Georgia formed a strong bond with it immediately, but was forced to leave it behind when she went back home. However, she wasn’t about to leave her new dog, which she named Pepper, in Greece alone.
Two weeks after she left, Georgia went back to Greece in the hope of finding Pepper. Luckily, she did. She got Pepper vaccinated, microchipped, and was ready to take her back to the UK. Unfortunately she had to stay quarantined for 21 days before she could be flown to the UK. After the wait, they finally went home.
Once they arrived in the UK, Georgia found out that she was gifted more than just one dog. It turned out that Pepper was pregnant. She gave birth to six puppies, all of which survived.
